Shipping Timing: Since these are live creatures, the shipping dates require flexibility as it depends on many factors including the weather near the Farmers (Ant Farmer is in Hurricane, Utah & Butterfly Farmer is in Clearwater, Florida) and the weather near the recipient of the live creatures amongst other logistics. Unfortunately, we are unable to predict a shipping time period for your location – please allow a large window of time for the safe travels of your live creatures. (In the winter-time, it could be a week or several weeks or even months until we are able to ship.) We appreciate your patience – waiting for your live creatures will be tough but well worth it!

Your email is important: You will receive 2 emails from us. They will both come from CustomerService@BasicFun.com. To ensure the email does not go into your spam folder please add CustomerService@basicfun.com to your safeguard emails.
 

• 1st Email: When you place your order – the order # will be automatically emailed to you. Please look for that email as it has your order # which you will need if you need to contact us.
   
• 2nd Email: When the live creatures ship. We will email you once the live creatures ship with the USPS tracking # to be able to track to your door. Once they ship, it is your responsibility to track the shipping until it arrives by googling “Track USPS tracking # (insert your tracking #)”. If you have any issues, please contact us with your order #, we are happy to assist!

Note: Due to the uncertainty of the arrival date of your live creatures - If you are planning to go out of town, cannot retrieve the live creatures from the mailbox upon receival or plan to move soon – please email us at CustomerService@BasicFun.com with your order # and we can place your order on hold or make the address change for you on file.
